This dark red heifer doesn't grab you in her photo, but this may be the most valuable female in the group, from a donor standpoint. She is another leading daughter of 112Y and has added frame, perfect structure and lots of power. 9101 will show well but may not be be as cool as some of the others. She has no flaws and has a perfect foot and structure. Extra dark red, her color adds more value to her as a breeding piece. This heifer would be a valuable and sound addition to any Red Angus breeding program.

9406 is a powerhouse. Her dam is 6062, a daughter of 112Y. A twin sister to 6062 is at work in the Duff Cattle Co program. We kept 6062 because of an injury and she has been one of the few 112Y daughters we've been fortunate enough to hold on to. This heifer is unique and big bodied with a cool front and neck. She is a dark cherry red. She will show on any level and be a powerful breeding piece and donor. He sire was a top bull used in the Six Mile program that is straight Canadian bred. Her full sister sells as Lot 10. The heifers are cataloged in age order. This heifer is super gentle.

9209 is a leading show heifer prospect and one of the best Rioja heifers to sell in this program. This is a natural calf out of a Bennelli cow I hand selected out of Alberta from a real good cow family. This is a super dark red heifer that has no holes and is the nicest and most gentle of the group. This heifers best day is in front of her, she looks better all they time. One of the really good haired heifers in group, hard to find a Red with hair like this, she will be a fun one to show.

If I had to pick a sleeper in the sale it would be this one. This heifer has been behind all summer and she has surprised me lately. A daughter of 112Y is never a bad idea and makes for a pretty sure bet all the way around. This one could end up a leading show heifer as well. Super long fronted and she has all the right parts. No big holes just needs some time. We dont have her as broke as the others because she came to the barn late but she will be ready to show soon. She is an outcross to Firestorm and I would be quick to breed her that way when the time comes given the success of the Firestorm x 112Y matings.
