If you leave a bid on any of the lots in this auction, CCI will place bids on your behalf to the auctioneer when that lots sells. No more will be bid than the maximum amount that you place, however your purchase price can likely be much less than the amount of your maximum bid. It is our goal to achieve your confidence in leaving maximum bids.

We have worked for twenty years to uphold a level of integrity and honesty and feel that this is new way for you as a buyer to have more confidence in placing a bid online, in the event that you are not able to be available during the auction or if you want to ensure that you have a secure opportunity to purchase your lots.
