Terms and Conditions:
- If you are the successful bidder/buyer, you agree to pay for your purchases in full within 48 hours of the conclusion of the sale.
- Buyer will make payment directly to Holy Smoke Pig Sale LLC
- All purchases will be invoiced via email within 4 hours of the conclusion of the sale directly from Holy Smoke Pig Sale LLC (emailed to the email address on file)
- Payments may be made with cash, good check, or credit card (4% convenience fee for credit card payments)
- Consignments/lots are sold “as is” with all faults, known, apparent, or otherwise. Bidder acknowledges that all item/lots were available for inspection prior to the auction and, by these terms, Holy Smoke Pig Sale and consigning sellers encouraged Bidder to carefully inspect each consignment/lot.
- Buyer is responsible for arranging transportation for purchases.
