She was sired by the German bull Cliadhamh Mor 2nd vomSunderberg and her dam is an old cow going back to the Scottish bull Gille Buidhe of Benmore. Longevity, excellent udders, strong feet and legs and good temperaments carry through this maternal line. Monarch is stylish and should be a competitive show heifer and/or an exceptional foundation animal for your herd. She damaged a horn as a young calf and will likely have asymmetrical horns.
