Health All cattle are guaranteed healthy and sound the day of the sale.
Flush Rights - Seller will retain the right to 2 flushes on every heifer in the sale at the Buyer’s convenience and Seller’s cost.
Announcements from the auction block on sale day regarding the cattle being sold in the sale will take precedence over the information printed.
After Sale: No cattle will be loaded until paid for unless prior arrangements have been made. Cattle are available for pickup after 9:00 AM the following day. We are happy to help you find trucking, we assume no responsibility for trucking rates. Cattle that are not picked up after December 18th will be charged $10 a day until they can be picked up.
