California “Shine the Light” Request. California residents may request a list of all third parties to which we have disclosed certain personally identifiable information about you for marketing purposes. You may make one request per calendar year. In your request, please attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for your response. 11. Children Under the Age of 18

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users younger than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page with a notice that the Privacy Policy has been updated on the Website homepage.
