If you have ever been around BCR, you probably have heard about Bess 702E. The Bess cow family consistently produces some of our favorite calves, on both the female and the bull side. We purchased a bull, Walk It Out, from Smoky Y last spring and doubled down on him, using him on a set of cows as well as using him to flush some of our best donors to. This cool March heifer is one of his progeny, and we can confidently say that made a good purchase! Unfortunately he is no longer around, so it was a long hard discussion about selling any of his daughters, but ultimately we decided we wanted to offer our best show heifer prospects and this girl definitely fit that bill! If you like deep bodied, big legged and long fronted, this is your girl!
