If you know our crew, we aren’t scared to do something out of the box. We took a purebred Charolais cow and bred her to a purebred red Simmental bull. I’ll say it turned out just like we planned but we can go with luck as well. Talk about one that is packed full of red meat and still looks like a breeding show heifer in our mind. Perfect yellow color, hairy as a June heifer calf can be in south central Texas, and still can get out and go on the move. Show her, raise those good looking show heifers with a nickel more punch, or just take her halter off sale day and focus on making slick show steers. Bid with confidence!
