GOTTA SAN PADRINO “QUESO” Queso is a ten year old palomino gelding. He has been a part of our family for seven years, and we started him as a three year old. He is heavy made with a big hip. Standing at 14.2, he’s the perfect sized heel horse. Queso is always sound, requires no maintenance, and is the definition of an easy keeper. He is primarily used as a heel horse, where he has been entered in everything from the 12 point and down. He’s been to all the local jackpots and has seen the sights (and won) at the WSTR and USTRC ropings too. Outside of the arena, he’s good to drag calves, gather cows, pasture rope, trail ride, and more. Queso is kind and dependable. He is easy to load, stands for the farrier, gets along great with other horses, and is the perfect age to go do what you want with him. Always up-to-date on dental visits, vaccines, and coggins. We would love for you to come meet and ride Queso before the sale. We also have cattle to rope and try him out on.
