Noah Rocky Joe aka “Rocky” is a 2018 flashy bay roan gelding that catches attention everywhere he goes. Rocky has been used in every aspect of ranch work from gathering and sorting pairs, to dragging calves to the fire, to doctoring yearlings. He is a big motored “go all day” type of horse with a huge heart. Rocky can make the big circle on the gather and you’ll still have plenty of horse left to finish the day. He is very cowy and really runs to a cow when you drop your hand and ask him to but savvy enough to rate back off and will really get in the ground and stop. He is stout to the horn and really works a rope well when tied on doctoring. Rocky has also seen the bright lights of the arena picking up bucking horses and shagging bulls and is lightly started on the head side. Rocky has the potential to be an outstanding performance horse in the arena or make the perfect addition to a using string! Standing at 15.1h, weighing 1150lbs, Rocky is up to date on everything.
